At MyToolsPack (accessible from https://www.mytoolspack.com), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by MyToolsPack and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect and Process
Our web utilities operate with a strict ephemeral processing architecture:
- Tool Input Data: When you process media or fetch assets (such as downloading YouTube thumbnails or converting files), all requests are executed in-memory or via server proxies. We do not permanently store files, image links, or processed media on our servers.
- Contact Form Data: If you submit a query via our contact form, we temporarily process your name, email address, and message solely to respond to your request.
- Log Files: Like standard web server configurations, MyToolsPack logs basic visitor activity. This includes IP addresses, browser types, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, and referring pages. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is used exclusively for analyzing traffic trends and managing server security.
2. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
We display Google AdSense and third-party vendor advertisements to maintain our tools as free services.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve targeted ads to our users based on their visit to MyToolsPack and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
3. Cookies and Web Beacons
MyToolsPack uses standard session cookies to optimize website performance and user experience. These cookies store information about visitors' preferences and page navigation. You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. Detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers' respective websites.
4. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California consumers have the right to:
- Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected.
- Request the deletion of any personal data about the consumer collected by the business.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data.
Because MyToolsPack does not sell, trade, or retain personal user data, no consumer data monetization occurs on our servers.
5. GDPR Data Protection Rights
We want to ensure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights under European Union regulations:
- The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
- The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data under certain conditions.
If you submit a request regarding any of these rights, we will respond within one month.
6. Children's Privacy Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. MyToolsPack does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
